We are looking for a motivated BD Executive to own and manage the complete sales cycle — from handling incoming leads and client communication to proposal development and deal closure.
In this role, you will represent Ocreateo’s digital marketing services, build strong client relationships, and generate new business opportunities while closely coordinating with the operations and creative teams for seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, referrals, and networking.
- Present Ocreateo’s services confidently and create customized proposals based on client requirements.
- Manage lead follow-ups, schedule meetings, and successfully close new accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
- Share regular sales updates, performance reports, and insights with the Agency Head.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably within a digital or creative agency).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Proactive, confident, and target-oriented mindset.
- Excellent presentation skills with fluency in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, social media, web development, and performance marketing.
