We are looking for a motivated and performance-focused professional to support the growth of our truck dispatch services by engaging with owner-operators and trucking companies. This role focuses on client outreach, relationship building, and onboarding new customers while ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients, including owner-operators and fleet owners
- Introduce and explain truck dispatch services, pricing structures, and service benefits
- Generate client leads through calls, emails, social platforms, and referrals
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and active clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable dispatch solutions
- Follow up with interested prospects and coordinate successful client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and outreach activities
- Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Contribute toward monthly and quarterly growth targets
- Stay updated on trucking industry trends and competitive offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in client outreach, customer acquisition, or business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to explain services clearly and professionally
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently
- Confident with outbound calls and follow-ups
- Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets)
- Familiarity with logistics or trucking operations is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Background in truck dispatch, logistics, or freight-related services
- Understanding of owner-operator and fleet business needs
- Existing industry contacts are an advantage
