Job Title: Business Development Executive (Email Outreach)

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Location: Head Office – 3rd Floor, CEMTECH, NSTP (NUST), Islamabad
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday + 1 Saturday per month
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-converting cold email Copies / templates, sequences, and follow-ups.
  • Use outreach and outbound tools (Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Workspace etc.) for campaign execution and optimization.
  • Segment and personalize outreach based on industry, persona, and buyer intent.
  • Improve open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings through data-driven experimentation.
  • Manage conversations with prospects and transition them to the next stage of the sales funnel.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, messaging, Email templates and CTAs.
  • Maintain updated lead lists with consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Content, and Marketing teams for messaging alignment.
  • Write winning proposals for upwork and other social media / freelance platforms.
  • Record Loom videos when needed to explain offers, pitches, or outreach campaigns.

Provide weekly performance insights and conversion reports.
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in email outreach, cold emailing, client prospecting, or outbound sales.
  • Preferred Experience in the marketing or IT services industry.
  • Strong English communication skills: both written and verbal.
  • Ability to record clear, structured Loom videos for client communication, walkthroughs, or follow-ups.
  • experience with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, Mailchimp, HubSpot etc.
  • Good understanding of buyer psychology and conversion-driven copywriting.
  • Familiarity with outbound frameworks (AIDA, PAS, value-based outreach) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
