The Role

This is a growth-oriented opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in business development. As a Business Development Executive, you will support both B2B and B2C pipelines, assist in building client relationships, and contribute to converting opportunities into revenue.

You will work closely with senior team members to learn client acquisition strategies, manage relationships, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in generating new business across B2B and B2C segments
  • Identify potential leads and support in converting them into clients
  • Build and maintain client relationships with guidance from senior team members
  • Participate in meetings, presentations, and client interactions
  • Track sales activities, KPIs, and progress toward targets
  • Support business expansion and market research initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn negotiation and closing techniques
  • Target-driven with a proactive mindset
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow in a performance-based environment
