Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth through focused outreach initiatives, strategic networking, and consultative client engagement.
- Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients to enhance retention and support sustainable expansion.
- Effectively present and position the company’s IT solutions and/or financial services to align with client needs.
- Analyze client requirements and craft tailored proposals and compelling presentations that support organizational objectives.
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned revenue targets through a results-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and related activities.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in IT Sales and/or Financial Services Sales.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the UAE market (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client acquisition, and relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
