What You’ll Do:
- Conduct engaging Odoo product demos for prospects in Pakistan and international markets.
- Generate and nurture leads locally to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients across the globe.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in your CRM system.
- Stay updated with Odoo product innovations and industry trends.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales with Odoo partners.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and implementation processes.
- Proven success in generating leads and closing deals, preferably with international clients.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Bonus Skills:
- Existing network within the Odoo ecosystem in Pakistan.
- Experience in B2B ERP sales.
- Familiarity with global sales processes and cross-cultural client engagement.
