Business Development Executive – (ERP, Odoo Experience)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Odoo Business Development Executive to join our expanding team. What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct engaging Odoo product demos for prospects in Pakistan and international markets.
  • Generate and nurture leads locally to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients across the globe.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in your CRM system.
  • Stay updated with Odoo product innovations and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales with Odoo partners.
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP modules and implementation processes.
  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals, preferably with international clients.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple opportunities independently.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Existing network within the Odoo ecosystem in Pakistan.
  • Experience in B2B ERP sales.
  • Familiarity with global sales processes and cross-cultural client engagement.
