Business Development Executive – EU Market

We are seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive – EU Markets to lead offline B2B sales expansion across Europe for our luggage, handbag, and home appliance brands.

This role focuses on identifying distributors, wholesalers, retail chains, department stores, and buying groups across European markets, generating qualified leads, and converting them into long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across EU markets
  • Generate leads through market research, trade shows, cold outreach, and networking
  • Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and buying groups
  • Conduct sales meetings (virtual & in-person) and present brand portfolios
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and supply agreements
  • Drive conversion from lead generation to signed distribution/retail partnerships
  • Develop country-specific growth strategies
  • Monitor competitor presence and identify white-space opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, logistics, and compliance support
  • Maintain CRM pipeline and sales reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of generating and closing B2B deals
  • Experience working with European distributors or retailers preferred
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of English proficiency (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work exposure in EU markets
  • Knowledge of French, German, Spanish, Dutch, or other EU languages
  • Experience in luggage, fashion accessories, or home appliances industries
  • Experience attending or managing trade fairs and buyer meetings
