Job Title: Business Development Executive – Interior & Fit-Out
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive with a strong background in interior and fit-out. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads in the interior & fit-out sector.
- Identify, qualify, and follow up on potential clients and project opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for pricing and submissions.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to close deals.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain an active project pipeline.
- Conduct market research and monitor upcoming interior fit-out projects.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client presentations.
- Maintain organised records of sales activities and client communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior fit-out business development.
- Valid driving license (required for client visits and site meetings).
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out products.
- Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and BOQs.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, standards, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
