Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion projects.
- Conduct market research to determine the best locations for new branches and outlets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, landlords, and stakeholders.
- Develop and present business proposals to management for approval.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to align expansion strategies with company goals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Hundred Coffee remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, expansion, or F&B industry growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of the Qatari market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
- Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality is a plus.
