Business Development Executive - F & B

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and expansion projects.
  • Conduct market research to determine the best locations for new branches and outlets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, landlords, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and present business proposals to management for approval.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and leadership team to align expansion strategies with company goals.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Hundred Coffee remains competitive.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, expansion, or F&B industry growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Knowledge of the Qatari market and regulatory environment is an advantage.
  • Passion for specialty coffee and hospitality is a plus.
