Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive with an engineering background to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and driving growth in the facilities services sector. You will leverage your technical expertise and market knowledge to offer tailored solutions for building maintenance, cleaning services, and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facilities services market, with a focus on building maintenance, commercial cleaning, and fitout & refurbishment works.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share and revenue.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries (e.g., commercial, residential, industrial sectors).
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and propose solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids.
• Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on sales performance, maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or similar) or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the facilities services industry.
• Strong technical understanding of building maintenance, commercial cleaning services, and fitout & refurbishment processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to sales and business development.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
