Job description:We are looking for a smart, proactive, and detail-oriented Lady Engineering Graduate to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling office operations efficiently while assisting the management in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems (digital &amp; physical).</li><li>Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.</li><li>Handle scheduling, calendar management, and meeting arrangements.</li><li>Support HR and procurement activities including record maintenance.</li><li>Monitor inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Contribute to process improvement initiatives and administrative efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (any discipline).</li><li>Gender: Female candidates only.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Good analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Experience: Prior experience in administrative or coordination roles will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
