Driver and Site Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning Services

Key Duties:

Operate company vehicles safely for the transportation of cleaning personnel, tools, and materials to various client locations. Lead and coordinate cleaning staff on-site, ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently and in line with company standards. Plan daily work schedules, allocate responsibilities, and oversee team productivity. Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages, damages, or maintenance requirements promptly. Respond professionally to client inquiries and help maintain excellent customer relationships. Ensure all employees comply with safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies at every worksite.

Candidate Profile:

Possession of a valid UAE Manual Driving License with a clean driving history is mandatory. Experience in cleaning services, facilities management, or team supervision will be considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities are required. Capable of supervising staff, resolving operational challenges, and assisting with day-to-day site activities when necessary. Physically capable of supporting cleaning operations when required. Candidates available for immediate employment will be preferred.
