Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive with experience in facility management or building maintenance. The ideal candidate will generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and achieve revenue targets by promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in facility management or building maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Report on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales within facility management or building maintenance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Strong knowledge of facility management or building maintenance operations and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build strong client relationships and understand customer requirements.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
