Job Title: Business Development Executive – Facility Management
Experience Required: 4 to 5 years in UAE (Facility Management)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 4 to 5 years of experience in the UAE Facility Management industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Facility Management
• Generate leads through market visits, networking, and client meetings
• Meet potential clients and understand their requirements
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth project execution

Requirements:

• 4 to 5 years UAE experience in Facility Management business development
• Strong knowledge of FM services (hard and soft services)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
