Experience Required: 4–5 years of UAE experience in the Facility Management industry

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive with strong exposure to the UAE Facility Management sector to drive new business growth and expand client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector
• Conduct market visits, networking, and client meetings to generate leads
• Meet potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and service presentations
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and project execution

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of UAE experience in Facility Management business development
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
