What You'll Do:
- Client Relationship Management: Regularly follow up with clients, conduct site visits, and maintain strong relationships to ensure their needs are met. Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Business Development & Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, demonstrating the company’s products and services to potential clients. Meet sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding relationships with existing ones.
- Customer Database & Growth: Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer database, ensuring consistent communication and retention strategies that foster long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Work in alignment with the department’s strategy to achieve sales targets, secure supply agreements, and expand market share.
- Complaint Management & Resolution: Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally, in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Customer Satisfaction Measurement: Regularly measure customer satisfaction and take necessary actions to resolve issues and enhance client relationships.
- Invoice Submission & Collection Management: Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices, and follow up diligently on collections to secure payments within agreed timelines, maintaining alignment with company policies.
What You'll Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the facility management, services, or similar sectors.
- A proven track record of managing corporate client relationships and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the facility management industry, including trends and customer needs.
- Familiarity with B2B sales processes, including proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to assess and report on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
