Business Development Executive (Female)

We are hiring a motivated and skilled female Business Manager to lead our software training and development company. The candidate will engage with computer science students seeking final year academic project support. She will promote our services, convert leads through effective communication, and manage project report creation using MS Word and ChatGPT AI tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert computer science students into customers for academic project support.
• Make outbound calls to students and guide them through project offerings.
• Promote software development and training services to increase business growth.
• Manage end-to-end communication with students to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Create and format project reports using MS Word and ChatGPT AI tools.
• Maintain organized documentation of student interactions, project details, and reports.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and sales skills with experience in lead conversion.
• Familiarity with academic project requirements for computer science students.
• Proficiency in MS Word and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT for report generation.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and well-organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
