Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, customer inquiries, and follow-up on leads
  • Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to potential customers
  • Maintain and update customer databases, lead sheets, and CRM entries
  • Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
  • Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up for closure
  • Conduct telemarketing/telecalling activities to generate new leads
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
  • Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets
  • Manage email communication and respond promptly to customer queries

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred
  • 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience in inside sales or telesales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the relevant industry (manufacturing, retail, tech, etc.)
