Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, customer inquiries, and follow-up on leads
- Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to potential customers
- Maintain and update customer databases, lead sheets, and CRM entries
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and follow-up for closure
- Conduct telemarketing/telecalling activities to generate new leads
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly sales reports
- Achieve assigned sales and follow-up targets
- Manage email communication and respond promptly to customer queries
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience in inside sales or telesales
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Knowledge of the relevant industry (manufacturing, retail, tech, etc.)
