Halcyon Aesthetics Academy, a leading institution in advanced aesthetics training, is looking for a dynamic, confident, and growth-driven Business Development Executive (Female) to join our rapidly expanding team.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic professional who can drive admissions, build strong client relationships, and convert leads into enrollments. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills and have prior exposure to the aesthetics, healthcare, or medical education sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to increase academy enrollment.
  • Maintain strong coordination with trainers, doctors, and internal teams.
  • Conduct counseling sessions (in-person + telephonic) for students.
  • Manage daily inquiries, follow-ups, and CRM records.
  • Build corporate partnerships and institutional alliances for training programs.
  • Represent the academy at events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Assist students throughout the admission and registration process.
  • Maintain student databases and follow-up logs for timely conversion
  • Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and uphold the academy’s reputation.
  • Maintain high confidentiality regarding student information.
  • Present a polished, confident, and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Prepare and ready the pool of Models for the hands-on training.
  • Any Other task assigned by the Management.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on inquiries, conversions, and business development activities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Business Development, Admissions Counseling, or Sales in the Aesthetic / Medical / Training sector.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident personality with a professional and client-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and work under target-driven environments.
