Business Development Executive (Female)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 06 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales or B2B client handling. The ideal candidate should have good communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools to find and manage prospects. This role suits a target-oriented, self-motivated individual who can work independently to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential corporate clients for gifting solutions
  • Reach out to companies via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms
  • Present ZING’s perfume gifting options according to client needs and spending limits
  • Follow up with prospects to close deals
  • Maintain records of leads, discussions, and sales progress

Required Skills:

  • 06 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B/corporate sales
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
  • Basic experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email tools, and CRM systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Responsible for achieving assigned targets
