Business Development Executive (Female)

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales or B2B client management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation abilities and be comfortable with cold calling and regular follow-ups. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM platforms, and lead generation tools to identify and manage potential business prospects. This role suits a results-driven, self-motivated professional who can work independently to contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential corporate customers for gifting solutions
  • Reach out to companies through email, LinkedIn, calls, and digital platforms
  • Present ZING’s perfume gifting solutions according to client requirements and budgets
  • Follow up with prospects to help close sales opportunities
  • Maintain records of leads, interactions, and sales pipeline progress

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B / corporate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and consistent follow-ups
  • Basic experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email platforms, and CRM tools
  • Self-driven and capable of working independently
  • Responsible for meeting assigned sales targets

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
