Job Overview

ICA Edu Skills is hiring a Female Business Development Executive who will focus on building and managing B2B partnerships for franchise openings. This is a completely in-office role with no outside visits. Candidates from the EdTech or education sector will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage B2B partnerships specifically for franchise expansion.
• Identify potential franchise partners, investors, and institutions interested in opening ICA Edu Skills centers.
• Conduct virtual meetings, calls, and presentations to explain the franchise model, business plan, and partnership benefits.
• Build strong professional relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders for franchise tie-ups.
• Maintain detailed follow-ups, negotiations, and documentation for franchise onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to franchise leads and closures.
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth processing of franchise applications and approvals.
• Prepare reports and track BD performance related to franchise development.

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Experience in EdTech or Education industry preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Franchise Sales / B2B Partnerships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proactive, target-driven, and well-organized
• Office-based role — no outside visits required
