Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within targeted markets (corporate, retail, hospitality, residential).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other industry partners.
- Present company services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Collaborate with the design and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and tender packages.
- Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication and conversion into projects.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Support marketing efforts by contributing to promotional strategies, social media content, and event participation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain an organized database of clients, opportunities, and project pipelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Female candidate with a professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within interior design, fit-out, construction, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
