Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, increasing sales, and supporting the overall growth of the company. She will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive revenue targets and enhance market presence.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calls, and digital platforms.
  • Actively approach potential clients and convert leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain and expand the database of potential customers.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and deliver pitch presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Follow up on leads, ensure timely communication, and close deals effectively.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve client issues in coordination with relevant departments.

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Share insights with management to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Assist in planning and implementing business development campaigns.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and weekly reports.
  • Update CRM regularly and ensure all data is properly documented.
  • Prepare performance reports for management review.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident personality with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.
  • Good understanding of sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interiors or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in sales/marketing will be a plus.
