Business Development Executive – Fire & Safety Systems

Job Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with proven experience in Fire & Safety systems to expand our business, manage key client relationships, and secure projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local market and a track record of achieving sales targets in the fire safety industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in fire fighting, fire alarm, and safety systems.
- Engage with consultants, contractors, developers, and end clients to promote company solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions in line with client requirements.
- Follow up on leads, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals.
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors’ activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE sales experience in the Fire & Safety industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE market, including consultants and regulatory authorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in obtaining civil defence approvals.
- Strong reporting and presentation capabilities.
