Business Development Executive-Fitout

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in the competitive Interior and fit out industry. The ideal candidate is result-driven, confident, and has a strong understanding of Dubai’s Interior and fit out market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source new leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, events, and cold outreach
  • Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand project requirements
  • Present the company’s services and successfully pitch for projects
  • Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams for proposal submissions
  • Follow up on quotations and negotiate contract terms
  • Close projects and ensure proper documentation and payment terms
  • Track leads and updates in CRM or company platform

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 -2 years of proven experience in business development or sales in Interior and fit out Industry.
  • Strong local market knowledge and existing contacts in UAE preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • UAE driving license is preferred
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets
