Business Development Executive - Fitout & HVAC projects

Job Overview

Our client, a well-established Fit-Out & HVAC company, is looking to hire a smart, street-savvy sales professional from the fit-out / construction background who brings strong connections with real estate professionals.

The role focuses on lead generation and project acquisition for:

• Villa Fit-Out Projects
• Commercial Fit-Out Projects
• HVAC Works

This is a relationship-driven sales role, ideal for someone who knows how to open doors, influence stakeholders, and convert contacts into live projects.

Key Responsibilities

-Generate new business leads through an existing network of:Real estate brokers, property consultants, Developers, Project managers, Consultants & contractors

- Acquire villa and commercial fit-out / HVAC projects

- Actively visit sites, consultants, and developer offices

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with:

• Estimation team
• Technical & project teams

-Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and negotiations

-Track leads and manage the sales pipeline

-Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business

-Represent the company professionally in meetings and site visits

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in Fit-Out / HVAC / Construction sales
• Strong existing contacts in real estate & construction circles
• Good understanding of: Villa fit-out works, Commercial interiors, HVAC scope and coordination
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Street-smart, confident, and target-driven personality
• UAE driving license (must have)
• Must have experience of working in the UAE
• Ability to work independently and close deals
