Job Overview
We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Business Development Executive with good understanding of project sales (Villas / Commercial), and is comfortable dealing with corporate clients, consultants, and real estate partners, for our client, a Dubai based interiors and fitout company.
This role is not showroom or counter sales. It focuses on project identification, client engagement, and closing fit-out contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for corporate, commercial, and villa fit-out projects
- Coordinate with internal design, technical, and project teams
- Prepare proposals, follow up, negotiate, and close deals
- Attend site visits, client meetings, and networking events
- Maintain sales pipeline and reporting
Candidate Profile
We welcome candidates from diverse project-based sales backgrounds, including:
- Interior fit-out or contracting sales
- Construction / civil / MEP sales roles
- Real estate sales or brokerage with project exposure
- Building materials, joinery, HVAC, lighting, or modular solutions sales
- Technical professionals who have moved into client-facing sales roles
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B or project-based sales experience
- Ability to understand basic technical drawings or construction concepts
- Technical education or background (Civil / Mechanical / Engineering) is an advantage
- Existing network with corporates, real estate agents, or consultants preferred
- UAE Driving License – Mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with outdoor sales and site visits
