Business Development Executive – FMCG
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPI objectives.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential customers.
- Manage sales pipeline, lead generation, and follow-up for conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and promotions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers.
- Explore new markets and evaluate new product placement opportunities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in FMCG sales or business development (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and manage key accounts.
- Results-driven mindset with strong initiative and follow-through.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
