Business Development Executive – FMCG

We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, negotiation, and brand development within the FMCG sector, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and trade partners.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPI objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations to potential customers.
  • Manage sales pipeline, lead generation, and follow-up for conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth execution of orders and promotions.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers.
  • Explore new markets and evaluate new product placement opportunities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in FMCG sales or business development (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and manage key accounts.
  • Results-driven mindset with strong initiative and follow-through.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
