About Indolj:

Indolj provides a complete tech ecosystem for restaurants, including Online Ordering Websites, POS, Digital Menu Boards, Inventory, and Digital Marketing solutions.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Specialist to help grow our FoodTech business. The role includes identifying restaurant prospects, generating leads, building relationships, and helping F&B brands adopt our technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and onboard restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and food chains
  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, and online channels
  • Conduct product demos for Indolj POS & Online Ordering
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and convert leads into active clients
  • Assist with market research and competitor analysis
  • Represent Indolj professionally in meetings and industry events
  • Ensure excellent customer service during onboarding and after-sales
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams

Requirements:

  • Experience in restaurant industry, F&B sales, or SaaS sales (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Tech-savvy with basic understanding of restaurant operations
  • Full-time, on-site position (Karachi)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
