Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore (On-site)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Timing: 4pm to 1am

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in freelance platforms and LinkedIn outreach. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations, and converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and apply for relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar
  • Write customized proposals based on client requirements
  • Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) to find and connect with potential clients
  • Initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project understanding
  • Track leads and activities in an organized manner

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in business development or freelance bidding
  • Proven experience with platforms like Upwork or similar marketplaces
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and respond effectively
  • Self-motivated and consistent in daily outreach

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
