Business Development Executive (Freelance Bidding & LinkedIn Outreach)
Location: DHA Phase 3, Lahore (On-site)
Experience: 3–4 Years
Timing: 4pm to 1am
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in freelance platforms and LinkedIn outreach. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, initiating conversations, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and apply for relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, or similar
- Write customized proposals based on client requirements
- Use LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator) to find and connect with potential clients
- Initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and project understanding
- Track leads and activities in an organized manner
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in business development or freelance bidding
- Proven experience with platforms like Upwork or similar marketplaces
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and lead generation tools (Sales Navigator preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and respond effectively
- Self-motivated and consistent in daily outreach
