Business Development Executive (Freelance / Part-Time / Remote)

Alzawiatech is a growing tech and advertising company focused on delivering customized software development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and advertising solutions. We are now looking to expand our network and client base through dynamic, driven individuals who can bring in new business opportunities.

Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and self-driven Business Development Executives to help us identify and secure new software development and advertising projects. This is a freelance, remote, or part-time role with flexible working hours, ideal for professionals with strong networks or sales backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for software development, mobile apps, web solutions, or digital advertising services.
  • Set up meetings with clients, understand their needs, and pitch relevant services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into business deals.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and grow accounts.
  • Collaborate with the internal tech and marketing teams to create proposals and close deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition – preferably in the tech or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and on commission-based targets.
  • Knowledge of software development, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.
  • UAE-based candidates preferred, but remote work is possible.
  • We do not sponsor visas.

Compensation

  • Commission-based income depending on deals closed.
  • Base allowance: AED 1,500 to AED 8,000/month based on performance.
  • High potential for uncapped earnings based on the number and size of deals brought in.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
