As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking for a confident, results-driven Customer Relations & Business Development Executive to join our Rawalpindi office. This role is focused on global client engagement, business growth, and long-term relationship building.

Your Role

You will work at the core of international sales and client success, collaborating with sales and trial teams to grow our global client base and convert prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage international clients to generate new business opportunities
• Conduct cold calling and proactive prospecting to build a strong sales pipeline
• Deliver engaging virtual presentations and product demonstrations via Zoom
• Understand client needs and provide tailored business solutions
• Coordinate with onboarding and support teams for smooth client transitions
• Manage client relationships and handle objections professionally
• Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
• Maintain accurate records in ERP systems

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, international business development, or customer relations (Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Familiarity with Zoom, CRM tools, and digital communication platforms
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and organized personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, night shift environment when required
• Must be based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad and available for on-site work
