Job Title: Business Development Executive (Furniture & Fit-Out)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with solid experience in office furniture, custom joinery, or interior fit-out sales. This role is focused on generating new business, expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into confirmed projects.

The ideal candidate understands the UAE B2B market and is comfortable dealing with corporates, SMEs, interior designers, contractors, and project managers. You will sell workspace solutions including office furniture, custom desks, storage units, joinery products, and turnkey office setups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across UAE.
  • Target corporates, startups, coworking spaces, interior designers, and fit-out contractors.
  • Conduct cold visits, client outreach, networking, and digital prospecting.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and projects.

2. Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with designers, architects, consultants, and project managers.
  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and client presentations.
  • Act as the face of NAVO for B2B clients and strategic partners.

3. Sales Meetings & Client Requirements

  • Meet clients to understand workspace needs and project scope.
  • Present product options, design ideas, finishes, and technical details.
  • Coordinate with the design team to prepare proposals and layouts.
  • Conduct site visits when needed for measurements and project understanding.

4. Proposal Development & Negotiation

  • Prepare quotations, BOQs, and commercial offers.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and timelines to close deals.
  • Follow up on quotations and drive opportunities to successful closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

5. Project Coordination

  • Work with production, logistics, and installation teams for smooth execution.
  • Update clients on progress and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Resolve client concerns and support installations when required.
  • Ensure client satisfaction to generate repeat business.

6. Reporting & Market Insight

  • Maintain CRM records and track leads, quotes, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Provide weekly reports on pipeline, forecasts, and achievements.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and pricing.

Requirements Experience

  • 2–5 years of sales/business development experience in Office Furniture, Interior Fit-Out, or Joinery (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in closing B2B projects in the UAE.
  • Existing network of designers/contractors is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, and joinery basics.
  • Ability to read simple layouts or design proposals (added advantage).
  • High follow-up discipline and CRM habits.

Other Requirements

  • UAE Driving License required.
  • Must be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with field work.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and results-focused personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
