Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Executive to expand our holiday homes portfolio and grow strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a proven sales professional with a strong network in Dubai’s real estate and hospitality market, a deep understanding of holiday homes, and the ability to close deals confidently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new holiday home properties for management
- Leverage an existing network of property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
- Actively pitch Julius Homes Dubai’s services to potential clients and partners
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutual value
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new properties
- Represent Julius Homes Dubai at industry events, networking functions, and exhibitions
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Manager, or similar role
- Strong background in holiday homes, short-term rentals, hospitality, or real estate
- Established professional network within Dubai (property owners, agents, investors)
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong understanding of the Dubai holiday homes regulations and market dynamics
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with holiday home operators or property management companies
- Knowledge of platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA channels
- Valid UAE driving license
