(Holiday Homes / Short-Term Rental – UAE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our portfolio of holiday homes and short-term rental properties in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property owners, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth within the short-term rental market.

Key Responsibilities
Property Acquisition & Lead Generation

  • Identify and approach property owners interested in listing their units for holiday home / short-term rental.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct property presentations and explain company services, revenue models, and management benefits.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of property owners and investors.

Sales & Negotiation

  • Negotiate management agreements and close new property onboarding deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies aligned with company standards.
  • Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into signed agreements.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and occupancy data.
  • Identify high-potential areas for expansion.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market opportunities and challenges.

Relationship Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships with property owners.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process in coordination with operations and marketing teams.
  • Provide regular performance updates and revenue reports to owners.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure properties comply with UAE short-term rental regulations.
  • Coordinate licensing and approvals with relevant authorities such as

Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET)
or local tourism authorities in respective Emirates.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, real estate, or property management in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, and other OTA platforms.
  • Proven track record in sales and property acquisition.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
