About the Role

We are expanding our hospitality sales team in Dubai and looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the B2B segment. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors
  • Coordinate with marketing to run promotions and campaigns for client acquisition
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
  • Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools
  • Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
  • Represent the company in client meetings and networking events

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
  • B2B sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE Driving License + personal car (mandatory)
  • Experience in hospitality / F&B / hotel sales is Mandatory
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentl

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,001.00 per month

Work Location: In person
