About the Role
We are expanding our hospitality sales team in Dubai and looking for a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the B2B segment. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors
- Coordinate with marketing to run promotions and campaigns for client acquisition
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
- Track and manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Represent the company in client meetings and networking events
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition
- B2B sales experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE Driving License + personal car (mandatory)
- Experience in hospitality / F&B / hotel sales is Mandatory
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independentl
