Business Development Executive – Hospitality Sector

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, catering companies, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote products/services
  • Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and product development
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the hospitality or related industry
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license and familiarity with UAE routes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Well-presented, confident, and customer-focused
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
