Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 110,000 (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Karachi. The role focuses on supporting business growth, identifying opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the HR Services and FMCG sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships through regular communication and support.
• Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
• Support senior managers in contract negotiations and deal closures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations (HR Services / FMCG preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team.
