We are now expanding our interior design and spatial projects division and looking for a proactive Business Development Executive who can help us grow our client base and support project operations.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, understanding client needs, managing vendors, and supporting interior design and construction projects. You will act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and our design team.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Lead Generation

• Identify and acquire new clients for interior design and small construction projects
• Handle enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into projects
• Build relationships with homeowners, real estate agents, builders, and local networks
• Attend client meetings to communicate services confidently

Vendor & Project Coordination

• Source and coordinate with local vendors, contractors, and labour teams
• Assist with material procurement, quotations, and vendor negotiations
• Visit sites when required for updates, basic supervision, measurements, and photos
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the design team

Marketing & Outreach

• Support digital and local marketing initiatives
• Engage with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and social platforms
• Explore partnerships with material suppliers and industry contacts

Requirements

• Strong communication and people-handling skills
• Ability to work independently with ownership and responsibility
• Basic understanding of interiors/construction (preferred but not mandatory)
• Comfortable with travel for client/vendor/site visits
• Good negotiation and follow-up abilities
• Freshers who are confident and proactive are welcome

Compensation

Salary: ₹10k - 12k per month + performance-based incentives
Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH + field visits)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
