Key Responsibilities: Fresher

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through online channels (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, etc.).
• Support senior team members in client communication and proposal preparation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging trends.
• Assist in preparing presentations, quotations, and client documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, design, and marketing) for project alignment.

For Junior BDE / Business Development Manager (1-2 year):

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing business development team.
• Identify new market opportunities and build strong client partnerships.
• Lead client negotiations, proposal development, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to design client-focused solutions.
• Represent the company in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
• Track and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify improvement areas.
