Overview:
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue generation by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Your role will involve a combination of market research, lead generation, sales prospecting, and client engagement to expand the company's customer base and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
l Assist in prospecting and identifying potential clients within the IT sector.
l Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential client needs.
l Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
l Collaborate with senior team members to develop and execute strategies for business growth and client acquisition.
l Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand their requirements and communicate the company's offerings effectively.
l Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using CRM software.
l Learn about the company's products and services to effectively pitch them to potential clients.
l Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
l Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation efforts and promotional activities.
l Stay updated on industry news, technological advancements, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
l Continuously improve sales skills and knowledge through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
l Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as directed by the management to support the overall business objectives.
l Demonstrate enthusiasm, professionalism, and a strong work ethic in all interactions and tasks.
Qualifications
l Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
l The candidate must possess knowledge and experience in utilizing platforms such as Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
