Job Summary
The Business Development Executive at Penta Express plays a vital role in acquiring new customers, maintaining existing accounts, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service within the international courier and logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and referrals.
- Promote and sell Penta Express’s international courier and logistics services to SMEs and corporate clients.
- Conduct daily customer visits to understand client needs and offer customized logistics solutions.
- Support BDMs in developing territory sales plans and executing marketing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum six months of sales experience in the courier, logistics, or service industry (fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
- Possession of a valid driving license is an advantage.
