About the Role

Location: Hybrid — Noida office & Home Office (Delhi NCR)

Position: Business Development Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday

Business Trips: Rare

Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales / international staffing / overseas recruitment

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and drive revenue growth in international markets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Market Growth

  • Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients requiring international staffing solutions
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies in key regions (Middle East, Europe, Asia)
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and events

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, project managers, and procurement teams
  • Understand client workforce needs and align them with company service offerings
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into active clients

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Prepare persuasive sales proposals, presentations, and customized staffing solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, delivery, compliance) to ensure high-quality service
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the CRM
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and sales feedback
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for management

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within international staffing / overseas recruitment
  • Strong understanding of overseas staffing processes and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stable employment history (minimum 2 years with one employer)

Languages:

  • English — professional proficiency

Personal Qualities

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Confident in communicating with senior stakeholders across regions and cultures
  • Strong relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits

During Probation (3 months):

  • Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 per month (in hand)
  • Bonus: To be discussed

After Probation:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹60,000 per month (in hand)
  • Performance-based bonus
  • Estimated total monthly income: ₹80,000+
