About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Developer Execution, Online Bidder with a strong focus on Upwork bidding and B2B business growth. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in online business development, partnerships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
- Develop, maintain, and grow strong client relationships.
- Build and manage partnerships with suppliers for collaborations and service delivery.
- Engage in B2B outreach to generate new opportunities and long-term business pipelines.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project execution.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and convert prospects into active clients.
- Maintain organized records of bids, deals, communications, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in online bidding, business development, or B2B sales.
- Strong experience with Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Familiarity with supplier partnerships and B2B sales cycles.
- Ability to prepare detailed proposals and understand technical project requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
