Business Development Executive ( IT Industry)

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and social media
  • Develop new business opportunities in target markets
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Generate revenue and expand existing accounts

4. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Provide feedback to management on business strategies

5. Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
  • Communicate client requirements clearly to delivery teams

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales is mendatory
  • Should have strong communication skills
  • Should be confident, and have strong negotiation skills
  • Should be available for face to face interview round

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
