Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and social media
- Develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Generate revenue and expand existing accounts
4. Market Research & Strategy
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
- Identify new market opportunities
- Provide feedback to management on business strategies
5. Coordination with Internal Teams
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams
- Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Communicate client requirements clearly to delivery teams
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales is mendatory
- Should have strong communication skills
- Should be confident, and have strong negotiation skills
- Should be available for face to face interview round
