We are seeking a motivated and results driven Business Development Executive to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting SaaS products and custom software development services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and target potential clients for SaaS products and software development services.
  • Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and online platforms.
  • Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and solutions.
  • Manage and maintain the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Participate in pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and share insights with management.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SaaS products, software development lifecycle, and IT services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B lead generation and sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online lead-generation platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduation or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1-2 years’ Experience in selling SaaS, IT solutions, or custom software services.
