
Business Development Executive- KSA
Key Responsibilities:
- Dive deep into the Saudi corporate training & education market to uncover trends and opportunities.

Identify high-potential industries, companies, and untapped growth areas.

Monitor competitors and market shifts to keep EYouth ahead of the game.

Build and nurture relationships with HR, L&D, Training Managers, and key decision-makers across Saudi companies.

Spot and pursue strategic B2B partnership opportunities aligned with our expansion goals.

Negotiate contracts, bundled packages, and partnership models customized to client needs.

Craft compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers for corporate clients.

Lead meetings, demos, and formal pitches to bring new partners on board.

Ensure all proposals reflect EYouth’s values, quality, and brand strength.

Represent EYouth at business forums, exhibitions, and corporate events across KSA.

Strengthen our presence and reputation in the Saudi business ecosystem.

Gather on-ground insights from clients to guide product development and uncover market gaps.

Recommend improvements to current programs or new offerings tailored to B2B needs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or any related field.

Saudi citizenship is required.

2–4 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in training, education, HR solutions, or B2B services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Solid understanding of the Saudi corporate market.
