- Explain radiology procedures, prices, preparation instructions, and appointment options.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings with high efficiency.
- Follow up regularly with warm leads until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
- Build trust and maintain positive communication with patients.
- Promote offers, packages, and campaigns to potential clients.
- Ensure proper follow-up for report delivery and post-scan communication.
