  • Handle inbound leads from calls, WhatsApp, website, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on medical requirement, urgency, and service availability.
  • Explain radiology procedures, prices, preparation instructions, and appointment options.
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings with high efficiency.
  • Follow up regularly with warm leads until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions.
  • Build trust and maintain positive communication with patients.
  • Promote offers, packages, and campaigns to potential clients.
  • Ensure proper follow-up for report delivery and post-scan communication.
  • Track daily leads, conversions, and revenue using reports.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
  • Achieve assigned targets for conversions and revenue.
  • Coordinate with the digital marketing team to optimize lead quality from Meta, Google, and other ad platforms.
  • Share feedback on lead performance, conversion challenges, and audience targeting with digital marketing teams.
  • Monitor lead flow from Meta and Google Ads dashboards.
  • Work closely with marketing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and communication flows to improve conversion rates.
