We are looking for a proactive and results-driven LinkedIn Business Development Executive with a strong command of LinkedIn as a growth and lead generation channel. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to build the right audience, start meaningful conversations, generate qualified leads, and support business growth through structured LinkedIn outreach and engagement, not random pitching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and connect with ideal clients and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Plan and execute LinkedIn outreach and follow-up strategies.
  • Build relationships through personalized messaging and engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Support LinkedIn content engagement and profile positioning to improve outreach results.
  • Track outreach activity, responses, and leads.
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation and outreach performance.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Strong grip on LinkedIn as a business development tool.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred).
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of B2B outreach and client communication.
  • Must be available for onsite work in Rawalpindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
